Pokud uv\u00e1d\u00edte na trh sv\u016fj prvn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpravek, mus\u00edte m\u00edt syst\u00e9m farmakovigilance p\u0159ipraven\u00fd u\u017e p\u0159i pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o registraci (MAA). A proto\u017ee PSMF je p\u0159ehledem tohoto syst\u00e9mu, m\u011bl by b\u00fdt hotov\u00fd pr\u00e1v\u011b v dob\u011b pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti. <\/p>\n
